The Sense Port is a new concept in aquarium parameter measurement. HYDROS devices include several Sense Ports. A Sense Port is a generic input port that can accept data from numerous different types of sensors.
Sense Ports Currently Support:
- Temperature sensor - Either air or water
- Fluid level - Optical sensors to measure liquid levels
- Leak detection - Monitoring for both point and wide area leak detection
- Flow rate - Measures the amount of fluid flowing through a pipe
- Total dissolved solids - Dual measurement of the TDS levels from your RODI system

Warranty is activated on the date of purchase.
This Standard Limited Warranty applies and is limited as follows:
- To the product only as long as it remains in the possession of the original purchaser.
- To the product that has not been subject to accident, misuse or abuse.
- To the product that has not been modified, altered, defaced, or had repairs made or attempted by other than CoralVue, Inc.
- That CoralVue be immediately notified in writing within ten (10) days of first knowledge of defect by owner or his agent.
- That CoralVue, Inc. shall be given first opportunity to make any repairs, replacements or corrections to the defective construction within a reasonable period of time.
- Under no circumstances shall CoralVue and/or the Manufacturer be liable by virtue of this warranty or otherwise for damage to any person or property whatsoever for any special, indirect, secondary or consequential damages of any nature however arising out of the use or inability to use because of the product defect.

Starting a dosing schedule
Calibrate each pump with the exact tubing and liquid it will use. Begin with a conservative schedule, verify the aquarium parameter with a reliable test method and make gradual adjustments. Recalibrate after replacing tubing or changing the liquid on a channel.

Can the HYDROS Minnow run as a standalone controller?
Yes. Minnow can manage its pumps and compatible connected sensors on its own, or join other HYDROS controllers through Command Bus.
What is the difference between HYDROS Minnow and Blenny?
Minnow has two integrated dosing heads and four Sense Ports. Blenny has four dosing heads, four Sense Ports and two Drive Ports for compatible 12V accessories.
How do you calibrate the Minnow dosing pumps?
Measure the output from each head over the calibration interval using the intended tubing and liquid, enter that result in the HYDROS workflow, then verify delivery before unattended use.
