At Aquarium Wholesale, we’re committed to providing reliable and cost-effective shipping options for our wholesale partners. Review the details below for dry goods and livestock orders.

Dry goods shipping

Orders over $1,000

Qualifying dry goods orders ship free by ground service through FedEx, UPS or a similar carrier. Expedited 2-Day or Overnight service may be selected at checkout for an additional charge.

Orders under $1,000

Shipping for dry goods orders below $1,000 is billed separately after purchase. We secure the best available ground rate unless an expedited option is requested at checkout.

Livestock shipping

Livestock orders, including coral, fish and invertebrates, are billed separately for shipping after purchase. We use Air Cargo or Priority Overnight based on the destination and order size.

Packing and tracking

Wholesale shipments are insulated and packed for safe transit. Tracking information is sent when an order ships. Communicate special delivery requirements or carrier preferences before fulfillment.

Livestock arrival concerns

If livestock arrives with a problem, contact us promptly through the support form. Include your business name, order number, clear photos and a description of the issue so the shipment can be reviewed.
